If it's your home
What to expect, room by room
A loss is a lot to carry. This is the part we can make predictable.
- 01
Before we start
We walk the rooms, write down what we find and send you the scope. Nothing is painted until the restoration firm or your adjuster says the area is clear.
A written scope for each room
Photos before a can is opened
A start date after clearance
- 02
While we work
The room is closed off with plastic, the floor is covered and a crew lead is your one contact. A log is kept for each day.
One person to ask
A daily log, shared with your adjuster
A word before anything changes
- 03
When we hand back
We walk each room with you, check the color in daylight and in lamplight, and write down anything we missed.

The claim
Your adjuster, your claim, our scope
We repaint. We don't decide what a policy covers, and we can't promise how a carrier will treat our scope.
What we can do is make the scope easy to check: the same room names as the estimate, photos for each line and a clear note where we differ. If your adjuster has a question about a line, send them our desk number.
What we do
We send the scope to whoever you name
We answer an adjuster's questions about a line
We invoice whoever you name in writing

Questions
What homeowners ask
Can we stay in the house?
That is for you and your restoration firm to decide with the air and the odor in mind. If you stay, the crew masks the work area, keeps doors closed and tells you each day which rooms are in use.
Who moves the furniture?
Contents are moved by your restoration or pack-out firm. We mask and protect what is left in the room, and we note anything already damaged.
Will the new paint match the rest of the house?
We match the existing color and sheen, and paint corner to corner so there is no patch. We check it in daylight and in lamplight before handback.
My house was built before 1978. Does that change anything?
Federal rules cover paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978. We ask the year before the scope walk and follow the firm's lead-work process; the firm's EPA number is under Credentials.
Tell us the address.
A coordinator will text you a time for the scope walk. You don't need a claim number yet.
