About the firm
Brush Creek repaints after smoke, water and fire damage in Kansas City. Most of our work comes from adjusters and restoration firms, and some from owners who found us at the worst moment.
Painting after a loss is a small part of a large job, and it is the part everyone sees at the end. We keep a record so that nobody has to take our word for what was done: the scope, the photos, the daily log and the handback sheet.
A crew that works in the same sequence every job
A coordinator whose only job is the file
A line open all night

The team
Four of the people on your job, by name. Add a photo of each in the editor.
Owner
Signs every scope before it leaves the office and takes the loss line on some nights.
Project lead
Walks the rooms, writes the scope with the coordinator and is your contact on site.
Keeps the photo log, the daily log and the packet, and answers an adjuster's questions about a line.
Production manager
Schedules the crews around clearance dates and keeps the products on the data sheets.
The project lead and the coordinator come to every scope walk.
